Just out of curiousity,is this site the official/legal h&a site?i just found it and it looks so awesome.but are all the downloads legal?i just know of alot of forums that don't have permission thats all,and was just wondering:)if so yay!!i finally found a place where i can download so much h&a eps and clips!!

SummerBayJournal is a fan run site but we are friends with the people at "Home and Away" and have collaborated with them many times over our own features and official ones. But our main reason for existing is simply to talk about and promote the show! We don't allow the upload of current Home and Away episodes as this can damage the show's ratings both in Australia and abroad, however no-one we have spoken to at Channel 7 has a problem with our collection of classic clips, which receive a small amount of downloads.

However we do ask that you do not upload our clips to youtube or indeed any other site, as this would defeat the purpose of Summer Bay Journal existing... and if we closed, there wouldn't be any more clips!
